As I understand you developing EVM comfitable blockchain where users will be able to swap apps from Ethereum blockchain to your blockchain? The same things making Pchain and Tomochain as I know 
it was silly idea and silly auction from start and you know first chain they doing swap to after many month delay? ethereum classic a now proved flawed chain with doublespend!metronome now far down against what nearly all paid in silly ico auction and super lowest against eth or btc since start. soon this die only good thing is developers wont get near cashout they imagined. they should have launched in 2017 they too late now hope this die very soon haha
