I download the new wallet and waiting SYNC after that i put my wallet.dat 
After that i discover that i have 0 EXCL in my balance , how can i fix that because i had more than 5k EXCL

1. Extract private key from your old wallet.dat
2. Close wallet, remove or rename old wallet.dat.
3. Run wallet, it creates new wallet.dat
4. Import private key in new wallet.
