Look like OP Accusation is valid. Just now I have read a article on cointelgraph " Two Alleged Ethereum ‘Scam Forks’ Appropriating Users’ Private Keys, Report Finds" by Adrian Zmudzinski. After read full report I don't believe that the both fork are legit. There is enough evidence to called them scammer. Obviously few greedy people's will fall into it.

Does it prove that they are legit ? I think Yobit itself is a scam. Lots of Accusation against them.
