It's true that there is no cap, but that article is not particularly correct.
This means there could be 200, 500 or even a million billion DogeCoin in 10 years from now.
This is nonsense, there will be ~5.3billion coins mined a year after the initial 100 billion.
This means in the 10 years following the 100 billionth coin being mined a further 53 billion will be added, so to say 200, 500 or million billion in 10 years is clearly scaremongering and ill informed.
Bear in mind the first 100 billion is being mined in 18 months, the next 100 billion will take 18.9 years.
It's not a big deal.
