I updated the app too but the exchange is offline again, so I'm wondering why push the exchange into the main app when clearly isn't ready to be published...
I personally think that maybe it's to settle down the community's anxiety, also to bring fresh breath into their current condition where it's been long enough since their last app update. Although, arguably you're correct that it's pointless to launch an exchange if it still didn't work properly, I think the opposite situation also exist where community demanding exchanges to be launched soonest possible in spite of their ability to run smoothly. So it's rather a tight situation, IMO
