Thank you. I am not sure that you know the answer, but in case anyone knows, I would be glad to get it. I wanted to know more about the process of implementation. How tough it is. This may be crucial in some cases, cause you know, not every company can change the structure to implement the solution
Interesting question. The effort really is minimal. The key is to be able for both systems (the company and Stacktical) to identify a customer. Once a SLA is published on the Blockchain, most of the work is fully automated. Engineers and support agents get the information they need to improve systems and customers get fair compensation in case agreed service levels are not met
