The Optherium team has been in direct contact with you trying to find a solution for reimbursement. Our investor relations member, Alena Beck has answered every single one of your emails. Our C level member, Vadim Ivanenko has tried to reach you multiple times by phone over the last three days- You have not answered.
Our technical team is working hard to determine why you are having an error returning the OPEX tokens. Understandably, we can not issue investment refunds without receiving the OPEX tokens back first. Once the tokens are received, we will gladly issue the full refund of investment.
