I have frustrations with mtgox and coins-e. Both owe me coins.
Lost coins is definitely frustrating!
Did you try either of their customer support? And if so how was that experience?Coins-e responded that "they need more time". After 1.5 months they no longer responded my requests.
Mtgox is not responding at all.
