Buy accounts if you want to be red tagged 
. It's not against the rules to buy accounts, but it's strictly discouraged by community and for legitimate person it's not worth to do that.
I suppose that large number of account sellers are scammers and they don't have any accounts. They just run away with money received from buyer. But I don't feel empathy to buyers in such cases - they tried to abuse system and got whatvthey deserved.

'Why not legit ?i buy it my account 2 years ago and nothing wrong with me ,but i have DT negative trust for this .But not probleme for me .I am here only for read the forum post.
If you are here just to read, why do you need higher ranked account? Because you can read posts using Newbie account without any issues. Be honest - you bought account and you got caught and money that you spent for account is wasted.
