Some Other Fixes + Code Reorganization

When you get a chance, Can you update the Guide and explain these new options? Most are self-explanatory but what is the difference between "Remove All Trades" and "Close All Orders"?

I used the "Remove All Trades" and it left the market in Zombie status.

Remove should mean delete, if I'm not wrong.
Close should mean ''save'' and close?

( Again, not sure but seems logical )
