I think yes. Our surprise crypto market always happens, ETH is really a great altcoin and it deserves a price of $ 400 in 2019.
But after the hard-fork event took place, I thought it would be hard to get a price of $ 400 because most altcoins will often get a lot of discounts to develop new altcoin.
Well eth has reclaimed the second spot from ripple so that should mean something. Even with all the challenges and the doubts that continues to hound ether, i think it's just priming for a strong come back. Doesn't matter how long it takes,, i'm filling my stash.
