I think you're not going about that right way and you're laying so much emphasis on a particular local board,which should not be so,you are not going to be a merit source for the Turkish board of selected but for the whole community.
And the procedure is to quote ten topics you feel haven't received the required merits they ought to have or have been under merited which I don't think you've done here
And the fact your links are all posts in a particular local board reduces your chances.
