I've mined a shitton of different coins, with low premine's, no pre-sales, no masternodes & etc. I believe somewhere around 80-90% of them are now gone for good. With your logic they haven't been scams, right?
Feel free to report me, I am more then fine with you just adding to your invalid report count, if you wanted to control the thread then you should have made it self moderated.
Point is if the previous coin was successful then why is someone else managing it? Who creates a coin successfully then hands it off to others to make a new coin?
So answer this why should people buy a masternode from you? You have handed over you previous coin which you're saying was not a failure, why should people not expect you to leave this coin behind as well? Why do you think your personal take should be 12.5%, how exactly is the premine being used, which exchanges, what are you going to do with unsold premine coins?
Do you even know or are you more just wanting to get the Bitcoin now from the sold Masternodes and worry about the details later because?
