Pretty sure it can be anyone with the $$$.. doubt the exchange owners are too picky about the BTC in their wallets.

IRC ops (owners of Crypto Rush) confirmed you don't need to be the founder.
Just submit the form, youll be given a BTC address within a few hours and coin will be in at most 24 hours.
We cant allow to let anymore coins in for a bit without the donation as we need to see how these markets all do for a bit.
