I can not. There are no rules. There are some guidelines but they are vague. Most of this stuff comes from implicit/explicit consensus on how you should handle yourself as a DT member. Were you ready to become one, you would have known this by now.

What's wrong:
1) Not a single feedback has a reference.
2) Giving feedback for people you have "known for more than six months".
3) Giving feedback solely because you think someone is an "expert" or solely because they are a moderator.
