Been an employee in the space for a little while, used to get paid in Ethereum and as a rule of thumb, I would always sell everything straight away in order not to be tempted to hodl.
Doesn't that sort of negate the purpose of receiving your salary in ETH.I mean sure, it's cool that at least you're raising volume (your employer buys, you sell) but I think it kinda defeats the purpose if you're not keeping at least some of it in ETH.
I got paid in ETH for some gigs as well, I dumped half on kraken to margin trade
