Sad to see you are having troubles with that exchange which I've never heard about. It would be good idea to post more details about the exchange. Like the website, founders, or any other proof you have that could tell us more about the team behind it.

Be careful when trading out there. I advise you to do a simple google search next time you want to trade on those new, shady exchanges. This is what I found after googling "is ... a scam?"
