Uhm. I think just by judging the reputation of the campaign manager by his/her past campaigns would be a bit of indicator that the bounty channel that the manager provides is still active or not. I joined previous bounties like Arteezy bounties and I didn't manage to finish my stakes the whole month which was running for 1 month due to new opportunities I found, but I knew that he pays his participants in time. He provided his bounty telegram channel where you can look for opportunities when you're trying to find bounties that you want to join.
