Because to my knowledge there are several countries in southeast asia that have not legalized bitcoin. And what is our endeavor for bitcoin in southeast asia to be legal like any other country (which has legalized bitcoin).

that's very possible, in fact just a couple of day past, I read that Malaysia is now getting stronger into blockchain technology, which I think the their government over that nation are now widely opened unto it. Not only that together with Japan, China, Korea, vietnam, and Philippines are also now aware of blockchain or digital currencies.
I really hope that Indonesia can legalize Bitcoin later on, and unfortunately our government is not ready to legalize it, because the Bank's competition against Bitcoin, often issues Issues to drop bitcoin in everyone's eyes, but all bitcoin users in Indonesia make a breakthrough, so the Indonesian government can accept and legalize Bitcoin as a digital currency ..
