I can't imagine how a hero member can default the loan of 0.03BTC which is about only 100$. Very much disappointed to see such a default.

You are right. Nowadays lending is too much difficult to trust someone by checking rank and feedback. If a hero member default only 0.03
BTC loan where the price is near only 100$ then it is almost impossible to run a lending business.
