Retailer Workflow:
Retailer registers with centareum and will post products on their brands online store by allocating rewards in the form of fiat. By allocating the rewards their account gets verified.Now, they create brand points to give away to them, as reward to the customer for sharing data, on entering the store, for making a purchase and for giving reviews to the store. Retailer gets the persona of the customer who has entered the store and provides personalized service to the customer. Retailer Gets deep analytics on its monthly impression, reach, and conversion. These customers can be retargeted by starting a new offer campaign, new product launch or when retailer send time-stamped brand points directly to the customer.
Customers Workflow:
Customer Opens the Centareum app and explores offers in the vicinity. Customer shares the information with the retailer and earn brand points in exchange. Here, data is shared at 3 different levels to allow customer to only share the amount of data they are comfortable with. Customers control their data remotely and will have the right to revoke at anytime. Customer on physically reaching the store can either scan the QR code or can get recognized by centareums camera at the entrance of the store. When customers enter the store for the first time they earn their Daily reward .Customers Purchases are processed through the centareum wallet. Finally, the retailers get feedback from the customers. For which, customers earn loyalty points from the retailer in return.
