I would like to announce to the community that effective today, I will be starting my own lending service.
Starting with a small budget and will increase later as business grows.
Terms:1. Anyone can apply but processing time varies based on your account history as I will have to conduct a proper investigation.
2. Members who have an active loan in other lending service are welcome to apply, as long as you believe you still has the capacity to pay.
3. I reserved the right to accept or deny your loan application without further explanation.
4. Failing to pay on agreed period will render borrower liable to pay 1% interest as penalty on a daily basis based on the principal amount until the loan is paid.
5. Repayment address will be provided every time a loan is approved.
6. For bigger loans, I require a collateral of at least 120% of the loan amount, if your collateral falls below 110% of the loan amount, I reserve the right to liquidate it without further notice.
7. Terms can be change from time to time but will not affect the active loans prior to the date of announcement.
