As what the subject says, lets have a new discussion here (Well maybe not)
So let me start first:
This isn't actually mine but my friend's story and I was just a chaperone that time. We're on this gambling game called "Guessing Game" (Three caps and one penny) which you can mostly see on carnivals. We have seen this game with a big crowd of people betting on every cap that they seem to be their lucky bet.
And because of the winning pots, my friend has been demonically lured into it. We noticed that there something wrong with the shuffler, he's dynamically cheating. My friend took a bet on it and we're sure where it resides, but the shuffler talked to him and during that time he shuffled again as fast as he can without us noticing it. And of course, we lost that game. Can't even tell the cheating thing publicly for we didnt have the evidence.
And after that, we didn't play any games at the carnival until now. We just enjoyed the seats, rides and foods.
What's yours?
You know what? There's a trick on it which is the diversion of the attention of the player which means they have to lured your attention to something or lured your eyes into something and then they have to do their tricks. This trick applies also to some pickpocketer but also a skill that you have to master for a couple of years.
Your friend may be lured by their decoy, the one that who has a lot of money on his hands that keep on betting the game and simultaneously wins. But when they got to lured some players already, that decoy will just go out of nowhere and one thing you noticed is that it doesn't bet anymore where there are more people. Of course, you might think that maybe he doesn't like the crowd too much but no it is just their decoy to lure more players.
If you really want to win on that game, just watch his hands and don't divert your eyes to anything or make an eye contact because basically it will distract you for a second and the next thing you know is that he's doing his tricks already and you lost it.
