I think ICO projects are funded, there will be no great projects. I don't care about its price because it can completely die at this time. ICO projects made me so disappointed because I trusted them so much. I have invested many times but have met many scam projects. I think you should target altcoins in the top 20 instead of buying tokens of the ICO project. 
The amount of scams in the market is not going down despite the bad environment for icos, scammers have not given up at all and they are waiting for the opportunity to come back to the market with new ways to scam investors, so many are simply deciding that it is not in their best interests to keep investing in icos and I am one of those that are never going to invest in one after losing my money and if more people adopt the same posture then icos are going to have many problems to get enough funding even if the bull market appeared soon.From now on I am only going to invest in coins that have been in the market for years and in which the community is strong.
