Oh, whoops. What was Binance's response to your Reddit threads? Mind linking them here? If you posted on r/cryptocurrency, I assume it didn't get enough publicity, as I don't think I have seen your post.
It did get enough publicity I remember them saying his case was on investigation. Binance blocked his account because OP gave most of his information to a scammer and couldn't provide enough proof that's according to the top reddit comments(threads mentioned below).
This was the
thread that got a lot of upvotes on r/Bitcoin. OP made another
thread this was just today and binance's support gave the same comment on the current situation.
If I had that kind of BTC and Binance froze it I would immediately fly out to their office negotiate with them to settle this problem once in for all or at least speed up the process since you said the local authorities doesn't provide much of a help.
