I really don't think there will be any bull-run in 2019, it's just too early. Based on past experience, it will take at least 1 year for everything to calm down. So there maybe something in 2020, when approaching to next halving.
Seems to be very pessimistic and do not think you can see how quickly this can grow in coming time as based on its features and its purpose it can replace many things and bring a lot of transparency as well . So this would be in great demand in conf years and with this price will surly be rising .
