packets from NH software use the same gateway to send both CPU and GPU packets , but each goes to a different destination, it's very possible that your router blocks only those GPU traffics.

yes that is not the Legacy version. try to see if Legacy solves your problem.
if all fails, then probably you need to change driver. also make sure you have all algo's enabled.
