What is your market prediction for the first quarter of 2019?
I don't see that there are many ico developers who have good progress in the Q4 program, and it seems the market is not experiencing significant changes, especially more likely to decline.
I think this is difficult to predict, but anything can happen including pumping
if projects run on q1 , maybe in q4 we will see good progress in their development.most of project could launched their roadmap in six months after ico stages.but this is still in early developtment.many projects will developt well in this first quarter and we will all price recovered again soon or later.
