Hello there,

First of all, I don't fit the criterias.. I tried to create my custom trust-list this week however isn't easy, you add one guy (DT0) and have to remove a lot of users (DT1-2)..

Our community is small, there's like 30 active users at its maximum, it's hard to see scammers, sometimes we find a translator doing a crap job however @Lauda always tagged them quickly..

And now @Adriano (local mod) is on DT2, so I think it's enough.

So portuguese will scam other people if they can make a buck this way?

they may know X project is scam, so they'll just ignore ( will not create an ANN thread in the Scam Accusations section and will not leave negative feedback ). look at how many scam ICOs are reported and how many guys in the local Portuguese section report Scam ICOs

It's hard to judge, there's different types of scam.. eg: you can create an ICO and send 1k ETH to the smart contract address and tell that you already raised 1k when you just sent 1k ETH to yourself.. Isnt it a scam? I don't know, maybe you can have a good product behind that shady behavior..

There's projects with a crap product, eg: we'll sell dust to aliens.. well, the employees will receive their salaries until the money runs out.. Is it a scam? I don't know, maybe you just have a bad product..

Some projects have a lot of red flags and they surprise you.. It's hard to judge.. You have to waste a lot of time and sometimes you can't tell if the project is legit or not..

As a translator, if the project is a scam then you'll be scammed too because you'll waste your time/energy for nothing..

I used to spend time checking ICOs..

Hello Lauda,

Can you please take a look on this ICO? looks like a scam: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2157244.0
"1500 ETH contributed so far": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2157244.msg23105730#msg23105730
However don't match with the contract address values: https://etherscan.io/address/0x4830EDC293142F8Af4eE5AE26109Adb72A3D2dA8

What's the deal with this ICO? Anyone got more info?

They raised over 1500 ETH already, but there is radio silence for almost 2 weeks now... nothing is happening on their Facebook, Twitter, Slack and the threads here....

I hope that things will work out positive, but i got a bad feeling about this one.

The ANN thread
The Bounty Thread

more:
no updates, dev does not respond, the Spreadsheet is not updated Sad what happened??

Well, no hard feelings....but i think they left the building....or they are really really busy... but there are 0 replies. 0 on slack, social media, nothing....

I am afraid of the worst...
Send to cryptodevil and/or open thread in Scam Accusations.

Hello Lauda, can you please review this ICO/devs? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1865997.300

First time(11/05 maybe) they raised an really small amount on 1st day and postponed the start date and now they raised 500 BTC in one day without escrow or any address to check.  Roll Eyes

Thank you!
Hello.

Tagged both accounts. Very shady behavior and it is a high risk situation.

Sincerely,
Lauda

Hello again; now they put some ETH transactions from 48-60 days ago and the ICO just started few days ago, looks like 100% scam.

Important! Public addresses of crowdsale:
The address received as is, we are ready to confirm ownership
https://etherscan.io/address/0x06057678d4a5d678306aa263c71bed1c4d45ae1c

List  (updating) of individual transactions of participants:

Also, we will upload the list of other addresses to join the smart contract.

Thank you for your patience.

Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Posted. Will report to some other DT members. You should archive that post and the sheet (as they may alter it).
