In November, Turrican was asking for help of 130K HBN from the community to address the problem with BTCPOP.
The HBN fund received that amount by 29 November. Is nothing being done with this?
If not, then the HBN should be returned to its original owners so that they may pursue a solution.

he holds the fund ...That's unfortunately true. There are now enough coins on the donation address to solve the problem, but Tranz probably doesn't have time to take care of it right now. It would really help if Tranz became active again and sent the missing coins to btcpop. Then the problem would be solved.
