in my opinion BTC can go up to ATH again if people can already realize that they have to leave a scam ICO project, in my opinion that is what has a very big influence on the price development, the hacking of several exchanges also worsened the crypto atmosphere, so if we really want this ATH im sure some obstacle like this must be removed
