You can not mine DOGE the direct way, as it is merge-mined with litecoin only. But you can mine litecoin (script) with an antminer ASIC L3+ for example and get a payout in DOGE only at the prohashing pool.
You have to try out to mine a coin with fits your 280X much better than script - and then get a converted payout in DOGE.

I was merge mining DOGE/LTC with a GPU about 3-4 years ago - and got about 1000 DOGE a month, rewards would be way less now - I get more then that a day trading =D
