Has been 20 days since the New Years promo and I still haven't been able to play my free spins. I was originally told the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours but have had to speak to support 14 times, each time they told me the same thing, "it will be fixed soon." A week ago it got changed to, "it will be fixed very soon" but still hasn't been fixed or addressed. I get that you guys are more tuned towards high rollers but this is just frustrating. Live support has been unable to answer for the last 20 minutes today as well
