malevolent name should not be in your topic at all until he does vouch, what is the point of telling everyone that you sent him a vouch copy? how is that different from sending a pm to theymos asking him to vouch for you and then use his name somewhere somehow as marketing method to sell your stuff ? we are not asking the impossible from you here, we are asking you to be reasonable, yet you insist in doing things the way you see fit, you have the right to do so, as so does everybody who finds your vouching shit manipulated and decides to tag you for it.

as far as the rating goes,I said I am still investigating this by myself( waiting for a mod to confirm the block/ban exact time), once i confirm your claims i will take actions. this attitude will not help you speed up any process, you are making things worse for yourself by being an asshole.
