I tried to cast my vote in the Emergency Election but all I get is:
"Voting Failed! Check that sanctuaries are registered in masternore.conf?"

You need at least 1 sanctuary. If you have one, just put

into the debug console of your controller wallet. This should do the trick. (Don't make the mistake of checking with "gobject list" though; for BBP this is an endless list taking several minutes to load). 
But also you have to ensure your sanc is registered with your home wallet. Is the sanc in your sanc list? And enabled? If not you have to enter the sanc in your masternode.conf file using the IP, name, private key and txid of the Sanc collateral.
