Because i am not sure there are that many red tags available.
He posts are not low quality they are of negative value in that they present faux and empty rebuttals to net positive posts and cloud the issue.
However do not worry I suspect the more these people abuse the systems of control the more people will rise up and find ways to demonstrate using facts and observable events that these people are corrupt and untrustworthy.
They are against specific criteria being set in place to make sure all persons get the same fair treatment. They want the subjectivity left inside these systems to ensure they can abuse them at will.
