You have already became scammed by 2 persons. And you have no successful trade.
Reason:
1. You are newbie
2. You are trying to sell skrill/neteller which can be reversed
3. You have not mentioned your deal (almost all the trader do not want to know simple things by several message) I have seen several trade done by only 2 minutes. For your post only to know rate will need lots of time by bitcointalk personal message.
4. Many people do not want to share personal email.
5. Many people do not want to contact out of bitcointalk as their is a lots of scamer who can use same name and almost same info of them.
