Because you were stealing from freebitco.in and stealing is bad. I don't have any hopes but maybe you can try to play legit this time. Because of the botters like you, I am getting 1/3 of what I should be getting from this faucet.
So why is my new account unable to log in after depositing 0.01BTC, I have not done anything yet.

If you are making something bad here and getting an ip ban, I believe that you do not have any access through the site anymore but while you still can login then you should get a deposit and wager X amount to make sure you can keep on claiming faucet and of course with some bonus with it
