As John is our escrow provider we are in touch with John K. otherwise we would consider alternative escrow services.
From Nov 29 until early January, John K disappeared. Have you spoken with John about this and is this unlikely to happen again?
My point is this: I am concerned about this happening again as it happened without warning very recently.
