how does your rating system work?
The Joy uses smart contracts on Ethereum platform to track every rating given to a practitioner or customer. After each completed order, the customer is invited to evaluate the practitioners work and leave a comment. In return, the practitioner can leave a positive comment for the customer or blacklist him stating the reason.
