Account selling isn't prohibited by bitcointalk rules, but doing so is extremely bad for the forum--much like scamming, which also isn't prohibited by the rules. I've written out all the reasons why account sales are bad and am not going to do so again here. Members ought to be aware by now that if they buy or sell accounts, they're going to get tagged by DT members. That's part of the community policing itself.
