It was not bad for ICO but for investors only, because when the ICO get their funds they just go away or do their work slowly, it is the investors who are getting affected. The good ICO are still working good and they are have not got affected. This year hope that due to rules and regulation scam ICO will be less and good ICO will be in the market and investors investment will be safe and good time to invest
But not all good ICO were able to get enough money to start. Many projects that can be considered good simply extend the ICO.
