sometimes the problem with new exchange is very few traders are on board. it's not of being afraid but you don't know when will you can sell your coins and withdraw whatever you've got. but anyway, at least this is listed in an exchange, just to start the ball rolling.
The exchanges operate on the rules of economics just like everything else. The small, cheap and dodgy exchanges want to list everything that comes their way now and they do so - whether asked to or not. The large exchanges do not want to harm their reputations by listing a 5 day old project. It cannot be helped. We must start from somewhere. At least got one exchange. Hoping more in the future, of course!
