First of all I didn't get your question what you want to ask @snoopy2007 ? If you want to know status of project then this market like every other is going through ups and downs and has no exception. If you want to get opinion of people regarding development then this is on the track and has nothing to do to influence the price of NGC token because they are other factors which drive market valuation in specific condition.
