This is no fake scam its a genuine project, no ones lost money any investment stays in the wallets and if sofcap not reached the funds are returned simple. doesnt stop me having the site built and still use the tokens as described it will just take longer. But then i wont have all the back stabbing nasty data protection breach people able to stop me.
I do agree however that ICO's should be looked into but wow its a genuine Project that you will not be able to stop ICO or not so learn to live with that.
