Every single Nollar that goes out via emission is fully backed by real USD. Nollar is not a synthetic or algorithmicly backed stablecoin. Auditing is done by PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and shared in frequent intervals to the public. NOS works closely with trusts and banks.
Nollar & NOS have nothing to do witht the NEO token. Additionally Nollar and NOS are not "tokens" but actuall coins as they each have their own independent network.
