I went with aluminum angled stock for my stuff which costs about $30 for one rig.  If you have snips and a good drill you can make the same rig.  Dimensions would work for wood as well I assume.

The only measurement I don't have is the brace for the back of the cards which is probably 7 or so inches up from the bottom rear 24" length.  I just put the card resting on the front length and then eyed the measurement up from the bottom for the brace.
