Can anyone share the actual process of account recovery? I mean the steps from admin's end.

I applied for my account recovery on 10th Jan and I received a reply on 18th Jan with a link to click on.
And since then no reply, no sign of account recovery. I was very happy when I received that email but at the end > 

So I'm wondering how the process exactly worked with those who got their account back.

Actually, now I'm very impatient about getting my account back after the recovery process restarted.
