I do not expect any recovery of the market, so I do not expect another bubble or interest in ICOs; and honestly you do not need this bubble, the bubble was good to attract investors, and media coverage so all the world know about blockchain and crypto.
You can have a very good business without huge uptrend, since blockchain goes beyond crypto; crypto will become an asset like the others, like stocks, with range, downtrend, uptrend, and will be use for Dapp, etc.
No, what we need is suffisant fundings, and it can come from the ICO, or from traditionnal investors.
