I've seen good articles about the new coin Grin, more people are mining grin at the moment . Do you think I should mine grin also?

Hmmm, think you're wrong there mate. 1070s work fine, any AMD card with at least 8Gb works fine too. My 470 8Gb get around 1.5Gbs if I recall, which isn't bad and only half of a 1070ti.

with just 30H/s (that would be 3x 1070tis, 8 RX470 8gb and 3 Vegas) it would yield me 11$ a day. I'd make 11$ a day if I launched my 8 Rigs on XHV/Tube/Graft atm. So it is actually worth it.

Profit wise its currently ok. But its terribly overhyped project that launched half baked. No proper wallet and you need to transfer TXT files around to move coins. Really I mean....
On top of that it has flat emmision forever so it will just inflate and lose value.

Well I'm not mining it to hold it anyway. Most projects are overhyped anyway, but it's always nice to get something different to mine. The transaction files are a bit weird indeed, but it works fine. The most annoying is you need to wait 24h for your coins to be considered mature to be able to cash out from the pool which might make you miss a pump.

Profit wise grin and beam are quite profitable. For grin though you need 8GB cards.
